These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the sono101 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Players must be at least 18 years of age. sono101 conducts age and identity verification checks. Anyone found to be under 18 will have their account permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Players are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate and up to date.

All bet settlements are final once confirmed. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant result being posted. sono101's decision on all settlement disputes is final and binding.
Any attempt to defraud sono101 — including bonus abuse, chip dumping, use of automated betting software, or collusion — will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the sono101 website, mobile interface, or any related service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use the platform in any capacity. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that party to these terms.
sono101 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on this page, with the effective date noted at the top. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any modification, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with sono101's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published separately. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific promotional rule, the more specific document shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on sono101, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
- You are acting as principal on your own behalf and not as agent for any other person.
- You are not a current or former employee of sono101, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
- You are not suffering from a gambling addiction, and you are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by sono101 or by any third-party responsible gaming body.
- All information provided during registration is truthful, complete, and accurate.
sono101 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill confirming address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by sono101 may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
sono101 employs third-party age and identity verification services to validate player eligibility. Where verification cannot be completed automatically, manual review may be required. During any pending verification period, withdrawal of funds may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.
3. Account Registration
To access the full range of services offered by sono101 — including sports betting, live casino, and slot games — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals as defined in Section 2 above.
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one active account on sono101. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment details, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact sono101 support immediately.
3.2 Accurate Information
You are required to provide complete, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration and to keep that information current at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3.3 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. sono101 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity occurring on your account while logged in will be treated as having been conducted by you, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Verification Requirements
sono101 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players will be required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal and may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks at sono101's discretion at any point during their account lifecycle. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address issued within the past three months. For payment verification, evidence of the payment method used (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account matching the registered mobile number) may also be required.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
sono101 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Availability of specific methods may vary and sono101 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.1 Deposits
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are not permitted. sono101 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the receiving player account pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the platform's cashier section and are subject to change.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. sono101 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; however, processing times for individual payment providers — particularly bank transfers — may extend this timeline. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed. sono101 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request and to withhold payment pending the outcome of such checks.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawals may be subject to manual review and phased payment at sono101's discretion.
4.4 Transaction Fees
sono101 does not charge players for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which sono101 bears no responsibility. Players are advised to review their payment provider's fee schedule independently.
4.5 Unclaimed Balances
Where an account has been inactive (no login, no wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more, sono101 reserves the right to classify the account as dormant and to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied.
5. Betting Rules & Settlements
sono101 offers a sportsbook covering cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, snooker, tennis, and other sports as made available from time to time. The following rules apply to all betting activity on the platform.
5.1 Bet Placement
All bets are accepted at sono101's sole discretion. The platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after confirmation, where there is evidence of error, technical fault, or suspicious activity. A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued by the system. No verbal or informal bet placement is accepted.
5.2 Odds and Prices
Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds at which your bet was confirmed are the odds that will apply to settlement, regardless of subsequent market movements. In the event of a manifest error in odds — where the price offered was clearly incorrect due to a system fault — sono101 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.
5.3 Settlement and Results
Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL, ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a result being revised after initial settlement due to an official appeal or correction, sono101 will re-settle affected markets accordingly. Disputes regarding settlement must be submitted to support within 72 hours of the initial result being posted.
5.4 Abandoned and Postponed Events
If a cricket match or other sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before a result can be determined, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for different event types (e.g., Duckworth-Lewis reductions in cricket, half-time results in football) are published in the platform's sport-specific rules section and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
5.5 In-Play Betting
In-play markets are available on selected events. Once an in-play bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it is binding. sono101 operates a brief delay on in-play bet confirmation to mitigate latency advantages; bets placed after an in-play event has materially changed (e.g., a wicket has fallen in cricket) may be voided at sono101's discretion if confirmation occurred after the material change.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
sono101 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. The following general bonus rules apply unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified; bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement within the stated period will be removed from the account without compensation.
6.2 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are intended for one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. sono101 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses where it believes the same individual has claimed the same promotion multiple times through different accounts or by any other means. Only one bonus may be active at any one time unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using sono101's bonus funds, exploiting pricing errors, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine engagement — is prohibited. sono101 may void bonuses, remove winnings generated from abusive wagering patterns, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified, with or without prior notice.
6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions
sono101 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a player has already claimed a bonus and begun meeting the wagering requirement, sono101 will honour the terms applicable at the time of claim unless the promotion was based on an error. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh are time-limited and will be removed without notice once the promotional period concludes.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on sono101. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.
- Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform while under the age of 18.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
- Identity fraud: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment methods without authorisation.
- Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets, access markets, or interact with the platform in ways not intended by sono101.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit game mechanics, share information on live casino tables, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Money laundering: Using sono101 for the purpose of transferring, concealing, or converting proceeds of unlawful activity. sono101 applies anti-money laundering (AML) checks and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit that has been wagered. sono101 will pursue recovery of chargeback amounts and may share player information with payment providers and fraud prevention agencies.
- Technical exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, connectivity issues, or pricing errors to gain unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors may be voided.
- Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing sono101 staff or other players through any channel, including live chat and support communications.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting sono101 support via the live chat or email channel. Where an account is closed at the player's request, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Pending bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be removed upon closure without compensation.
8.2 Closure by sono101
sono101 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the player has breached these Terms & Conditions; the player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; the player fails to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe; the player's account activity raises AML or fraud concerns; or continued operation of the account would expose sono101 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. In such cases, sono101 will provide reasonable notice where possible, but is not obligated to do so where the closure is due to fraud, money laundering, or serious misconduct.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem are encouraged to use sono101's self-exclusion tool, available in account settings. Self-exclusion can be applied for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked and re-registration will be refused. Players who have self-excluded should not attempt to re-register or circumvent self-exclusion; doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and, more importantly, may cause harm to the player. 8.4 Consequences of Closure
Upon account closure, your right to use the platform terminates immediately. You will no longer be able to log in, place bets, access game history, or receive promotional communications. sono101 will retain your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. Any data rights you hold under applicable law remain unaffected by account closure.
8.5 Governing Rules
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the general principles of fair play and consumer protection applicable to online entertainment platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. sono101 endeavours at all times to operate with transparency, fairness, and respect for its players.
